Please be advised that, dated 24.02.2026, was published on Call for Admissions (in Italian) for the selection of 65.964 volunteers to be employed in projects related to intervention programs of Universal Civil Service to be carried out in Italy and abroad.
With the publication of the Call for Proposals, funding will be provided to the Association of the Centre for Studies on the Development of the Mediterranean (SVI.ME.) n.1 program and 3 projects for a total of 244 volunteers to be launched in the Sicily Region.
In particular the Municipality of Letojanni, in collaboration with the SVI.ME. Center, has had 2 Universal Civil Service projects funded for a total of 6 positions for young volunteer workers.
The projects and related available places are:
- actionSOCIALE places no. 04 (of which 1 reserved for young people with fewer opportunities)
- crescereINSIEME 02 places (of which 1 is reserved for young people with fewer opportunities)
Note "Young People with Fewer Opportunities" means aspiring young volunteers experiencing financial hardship with an ISEE income of €15.000,00 or less. False declarations will result in immediate disqualification upon verification.
It is specified that, when filling out the application, to facilitate the identification of projects that have their location in the Municipality of Letojanni, the branch code to search for is 179497
All young people aged 18 and under (28 years + 364 days at the date of application) who are Italian citizens, citizens of one of the other European Union member states, or citizens of a non-European Union country, as long as the candidate is legally resident in Italy, are eligible to participate.
Aspiring volunteers must submit their application for participation EXCLUSIVELY through the DOL platform accessible via PC, tablets e smartphone at https://domandaonline.serviziocivile.it no later than 14.00 pm on 08.04.2026.
Credentials are required for the online application for Civil Service. SPID security level 2 or an Electronic Identity Card (CIE) enabled for online services.
For the submission of applications, the “Guide to completing and submitting the online application using the DOL platform” developed by the Ministry.
