Description
The City of Letojanni With City Council Resolution No. 56 of June 29, 2026, the City Council approved the simplified settlement of municipal debts entrusted to the Collection Agent, such as IMU, TARI, and traffic fines, relating to the period between January 1, 2000, and December 31, 2023, as provided for by Law No. 88 of May 22, 2026, the so-called "scrapping quinquies."
The measure allows citizens and businesses to settle their debts by paying the principal and reimbursement of enforcement and notification costs. The amounts entrusted to the collection agent as interest, penalties, and late payment interest will not be due.
The data for the "scrapable" tax bills will be made available by the Revenue Agency starting October 15, 2026. Interested taxpayers may submit the application for the simplified settlement exclusively online, directly on the Revenue Agency portal from October 16 to December 15, 2026. Payment can be made in a single payment or in installments (up to a maximum of 54 bimonthly installments spread over approximately 9 years, with an interest rate of 3%), with the first installment due on January 31, 2027.
