Having seen the decree of the President of the Republic of 13 January 2026, with which they were summoned for the days of
Sunday 22nd and Monday 23rd March 2026 the rallies and the decree of the President of the Republic of 7th February 2026, with which it is
the question for the following has been clarified
CONSTITUTIONAL REFERENDUM
«Approve the text of the law revising articles 87, tenth paragraph, 102, first paragraph, 104, 105, 106, third
paragraph, 107, first paragraph, and 110 of the Constitution approved by Parliament and published in the Official Journal of
30 October 2025 with the title “Rules on the jurisdictional system and the establishment of the Court
disciplinary”?
MAKES YOU KNOWN
that the Municipal Electoral Commission is summoned to a public meeting at the Town Hall on the day
26 FEBRUARY 2026, at 1.00 pm, to proceed with the nomination of the scrutineers who will be assigned to the offices of
section for the constitutional referendum and for other electoral consultations called for Sunday 22nd and Monday
March 23 2026.
