Description
Pursuant to Article 21 bis of the IUC Regulation governing the waste tax (TARI), as approved by City Council Resolution No. 55 of November 7, 2023, concessions are granted for 2024 consisting of a reduction in the TARI rate for certain categories of taxpayers meeting the following requirements:
- households in which disabled individuals reside who are 65 years of age or older, with a civil invalidity rating of no less than 66,6% or, in the case of individuals under 65 years of age, with a disability rating of 74%.
- ISEE value no higher than €15.000,00.
Based on the above requirements, it is important to note that applications received will be accepted only if accompanied by a disability certificate and not solely based on the ISEE value.
