Description
The City of Letojanni, is the beneficiary of a contribution of € 12.669,58 for the supply of books for the municipal library “Bianca Garufi” of Letojanni, as required by Ministerial Decree no. 272 of August 5, 2025, to promote reading and support the book publishing industry.
TERM AND TERMS OF USE OF RESOURCES
Pursuant to Article 7 of Ministerial Decree No. 272 of August 5, 2025, the allocated resources must be used exclusively for the purchase of books, including digital formats.
Digital books must be accompanied by licenses that allow the library lending service.
Purchases can be made:
- for 90% of the allocated amount, at at least three physical stores, in possession of primary ATECO code 47.61 [new books] or 47.79.1 [used books], located in the province or metropolitan city in which the library is located, or in a neighbouring province provided that they are within a 50 kilometre radius of the library itself;
- for a maximum of 10% of the amount awarded, outside the constraints set forth in the previous point. The percentage of purchases not bound by the territoriality principle referred to in the previous letter may be increased to 20% for purchases made from bookstores declared "historic" pursuant to current legislation, as well as for purchases made from quality bookstores currently registered in the register of the same name maintained by the General Directorate;
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SUBMITTING EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
Interested booksellers must submit their expression of interest by completing and signing the attached form no later than 12:00 on 09/03/2026 , using one of the following methods:
- Send via certified email to the following address: protocollo@pec.comune.letojanni.me.it;
- Hand delivery to the Protocol Office during the following hours: Monday to Friday: 10:00 – 12:00 Tuesday and Thursday: 16:00 – 17:00.
The expression of interest must be accompanied by a copy of the front and back of a valid identity document of the signatory.
