Having regard to Article 1 of Law No. 53 of 21 March 1990, published in the Official Journal No. 68 of 22 March 1990, which established the Register of Persons Suitable for the Office of President at the Registry of each Court of Appeal;
Given that citizens registered on the electoral rolls of the Municipality, in possession of the eligibility requirements, can request by the month of October of each year, to be registered in the aforementioned Register by submitting a specific application pursuant to the aforementioned law;
Noting that the President of the Court of Appeal gives precedence to those who have expressed their approval or made an application for the position of president of the polling station,
INVITE
Voters wishing to be registered in the Register of Persons Eligible for the Office of President of a Polling Station must submit their application to this Municipality by October of the current year.
REQUIREMENTS
to possess a diploma or degree and not to be in any of the conditions set out in art. 38 of TU 361/57:
- employees of the Ministries of the Interior, Transport and Poste SPA;
- members of the Armed Forces in service;
- provincial doctors, health officials, general practitioners;
- Municipal secretaries, municipal employees who work at the Electoral Office;
Applications must be completed on the attached form, or they can be collected from the Electoral Office, located on the ground floor of the Town Hall, which will also be available to interested parties for any other information.
Voters already registered in the above-mentioned register do not need to submit any further application.
